Dec 15th
Mommy & Daddy's little helper..Jackie said, Brady helped her make several dozen Christmas Cookies last Saturday..
A visit with Old St. Nick and Mrs. Claus..By the look on his face he was enjoying his visit..Wonder what he asked for Christmas!
The kids made a trip to the woods to find the perfect Christmas Tree for their home..Looks like Daddy and Brady have found it!

Looks like he found his very own..If I know Daddy he more then likely let Brady cut his own also..with a watchful eye..
The decorating begins..The lights are on.

and his little tree is already..Jackie said,

The family tree..Jackie has some vintage ornaments that Andy's mom gave her, but will wait till Brady is alittle older to add them to the tree, for now she goes with the safer ones :<)

Andy bought Jackie a new camera for her Birthday..So with alittle snowfall she took a few pictures of Brady enjoying the snow..The larger pictures are after she fiqured out how to resize them..My computer wouldn"t let me size the smaller ones to the right size..UGHHH!!

Two new faces at the Farm
Romeo & Juliet
Andy brought these peacocks back to the Farm from a friend that raises them..Romeo is in the foreground..Love his pretty feathers..They are 2 years old..when brought to the farm..Jackie said, they kept them in the Barn for a few days till they were use to their new home..Now they wonder the whole Farm as if they have always been there..

Wow!! That is some big pumpkin..Andy and several of his buddies have a contest each Fall to see who can grow the biggest pumpkin..Need to ask Andy if he gets to keep his trophy from last year..

Sept. 1st
Just a few pictures of the kids on their little weekend getaway to Andy's parents cottage on Manitoulin Island in Ontario, Canada..If you love the water and a peaceful surrounding..this place is it!!! I have told you before this is were Jackie & Andy were married and it was a beautiful wedding..The water is soooo blue..and just a very relaxing place to be..As you can see with Brady sitting on the pier..What a Cutie!!

July 15th
There have been some new arrivals at the Farm..Here is your Ahh!!! moment..
Jackie said, there are 10 little ones..and Mama duck is very protective of them right now..Aren't they adorable...
More Strawberries..Mmmmm!!!
Jackie says, she has picked 8 qts. so far,and will be making jam..She got the gardening bug from her grandmother Helen....When she was little she had a strawberry patch..if she was lucky she may have gotten a handful..I weeded her strawberry patch while we were visiting it is a nice size...I'm sure she will be eating strawberries all summer..Her garden is huge, Andy and her both like to work in the garden...Andy not only is good at building things he is also a good cook and so is Jackie..

Andy and Brady next to the new fence Andy built for the Horses & Cows so they can enjoy the water now...Andy is such a talented man, I believe this guy could build just about anything..And he is a wonderful son-in-law and a very loving husband and father..We feel so blessed to have him in our family...

Andy's sister Sarah and her husband Rob and their daughters Gracie and the twins Anna & JoJo are spending a few days with Jackie & Andy and will be going site seeing while there..

Some new additions have come to the Farm

Our grandson Logan ( Julie's youngest son) went with us on our trip to Jackie & Andy's..He enjoys going and playing with Brady...Also, Uncle Andy always finds something fun to do with him..It rain almost the whole week we were there, but Andy found things for them to do and he rode bikes in the garage with Brady..In between the raindrops, Andy took him a ride on the quad back to the woods to check the trail cam..Logan couldn't drive it this time by himself since he injured his hand at basketball camp, he is better now though..so that kinda limited his activities alittle..He told Jackie he would like to have a farm when he grows up which I have a feeling he may..He attends to his own little garden at home and is sooo proud when the vegetables are ready to pick..We have a Mulberry tree here that he likes to pick the berries from..Enjoy the following pictures..

We took Andy & Jackie out for their Anniversay to "Abners Resturant"..The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing..I will let the pictures speak for themselves..

This guy greeted you as you came into the resturant..Brady was alittle scare when he first saw it but after awhile he was fine with it..
Logan with Uncle Andy & Aunt Jackie...the kids enjoy this place there is soo much to see..

There is another half of the resturant with more aminals and also their are animals on the rafters above you..I only took a few pictures since I didn't want to bother the other diners..It is a neat place once you get past the animals and just sit back and enjoy the great food, your guest and the wonderful service we recieved..I had their homemade Lasagna, OhMyGosh!!! It was sooooo good..

Brady enjoying his pool..He is 3 now and such a sweet little boy..Papa went to a garage sale before we left for Michigan and bought Brady a Step 2 Log Cabin, Step 2 water/sand table, a darling little glider, tiny little bike with training wheels and some books and puzzles..needless to say our van was packed..It was like Christmas in June for Brady..
